Michael is a founding member of Xcellerant Ventures and currently serves as Principal, managing day-to-day operations of the venture fund. His diverse skill set includes exceptional leadership abilities, refined through experiences in the military and in business. As a strategist and tactician, he possesses a profound understanding of the nuances of decision-making and planning. Additionally, he has expertise in financial modeling, organization, prioritization, warfighting, and task management.

Previously, Michael completed an internship at Nexus Health Cap, a healthcare focused investment banking firm where he gained valuable insights into the world of finance and banking. His interest in healthcare led him to join Find Urgent Care, a healthcare startup, where he directed operations and scaled the company until its sale. Next, he led the sales team at Urgent Care Integrated Network, a single specialty MSO.

Michael joined the United States Air Force in 2014 to become an A-10C fighter pilot. During his active service, Michael advanced to Flight Lead & Instructor Pilot, deployed overseas,  and held leadership positions as the Chief of Scheduling and Flight Commander. Michael still serves and flies the A-10 as a Reservist.

Most recently, Michael completed a finance focused MBA from Arizona State University where he graduated with distinction. During this time he also co-founded Ignite Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm which boasts a CAGR of 170%.
